How do I place an order?
You can either place an order on our website www.designsforeducation.co.uk or call our office on 0161 706 0296.
How long will my order take?
Lead times can vary depending on the time of year, but typically it is 4 weeks for wooden items and 2 weeks for upholstered items and baskets.
How much is delivery?
£9.95 for orders under £50, free delivery over £50.
What is the guarantee on your products?
Wooden products have a 10 year guarantee, upholstered items 2 years and wicker baskets 1 year.
Where are your products made?
Almost all of our products are designed and manufactured in our factory in the UK, in Stamford, Lincolnshire.
Are your products delivered assembled?
The majority of our products are delivered fully assembled and ready to use.
What do I do if want to return items or an item is delivered damaged?
Please contact our office on 0161 706 0296 or info@designsforeducation.co.uk with any issues regarding returns or damages.
Do you provide replacement parts?
We can supply replacement parts depending on what the item is, please contact us to discuss as each item differs.
Do you offer help with designing new nurseries or rooms?
Yes, we have a FREE room designing service, there is a form to complete on our website or contact our office for further details.
How do I look after my products?
Upholstered items with cotton removable covers, can be washed at 30°, other fabrics we recommend sponge cleaning only. Wooden items simply need to be wiped down with a damp cloth.
How do I choose the right size furniture for my setting?
There are many factors to consider, safety, comfort, flexibility and storage are just some things to think about. For example, when choosing items for your Cloakroom area – do you want comfy seating so children can sit down and take their time, or would just pegs be better to keep children moving?
